By accessing our site and offerings in 2025, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Services
SmartBooks for Startups provides a range of bookkeeping and compliance support services tailored for new ventures. Our standard package includes periodic data review and monthly summaries delivered electronically.
Refunds: For the standard package, partial refunds may be requested before the service period begins. Clients may transfer their service subscription to another startup entity upon 10 days' notice via the contact form. For bespoke advisory sessions, no refund is offered due to preparation and scheduling commitments, which require dedicated resource allocation.
3. Info Products
We offer digital guides and templates designed to assist with record keeping practices. These products are delivered as downloadable files. Due to the nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds once the download link is accessed.
4. Goods
Physical items such as printed workbooks and stationery may be switchd within 30 days of shipment if unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are issued via the original payment channel within 14 days of approval. Processing times may vary by provider.
